Welcome to ForgeHost. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ForgeHost website, platform, and hosting services. By creating an account or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
ForgeHost provides game server hosting services, including but not limited to Minecraft server hosting. Our services include server provisioning, management tools, automated backups, and related infrastructure.
Service availability is subject to scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, upgrades, and occasional downtime. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance when possible.
As a user of ForgeHost, you agree to:
ForgeHost operates on a subscription-based billing model. All billing, invoicing, and payment processing is handled through our billing panel. By subscribing to a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase.
Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension or termination of your hosted services. Specific refund and cancellation policies are outlined separately in our Refund Policy.
ForgeHost strives to provide reliable, high-uptime hosting services. However, we operate on a best-effort basis and do not guarantee absolute uninterrupted availability. Factors such as hardware failures, network issues, DDoS attacks, and maintenance may affect service uptime.
We are committed to resolving any service disruptions as quickly as possible and will communicate updates through our status page and Discord community.
ForgeHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or engaged in activity that is harmful to our platform, infrastructure, or other users.
You may also cancel your account at any time through the billing panel. Upon termination, your server data may be permanently deleted after a reasonable retention period.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ForgeHost shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or interruption of service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to ForgeHost in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, operations, or legal requirements. When we make significant changes, we will notify users through our website, email, or Discord community.
Continued use of our services after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
